I have been working and knitting, knitting and working and there's so much to show for it! Since I have a lot of down time at work, I like to bring socks to knit. I work on several different socks at one time and usually, I'll get 3-4 pairs finished at the same time. I really want to finish these socks ASAP because I purchased a few sock kits. More on those later.<br /><br />First up is a single Jaywalker. I have casted on for the mate, maybe I'll get around to finishing it some time next week.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgE7alnfbqqcmNxbKywe3hyphenhyphenxwPmAJkbh0SP3nIFItjMRI2wdpaA4-ZVB0Gng0r2u3M3N28ruQVHlM2hAEqxLhPekzWsjyeRIA9n5mA_mBq_i71EmjbnpiXuAsME0wPOYCN5ezx2Gg/s1600-h/IMG_2184.JPG"><img style="cursor: pointer;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgE7alnfbqqcmNxbKywe3hyphenhyphenxwPmAJkbh0SP3nIFItjMRI2wdpaA4-ZVB0Gng0r2u3M3N28ruQVHlM2hAEqxLhPekzWsjyeRIA9n5mA_mBq_i71EmjbnpiXuAsME0wPOYCN5ezx2Gg/s320/IMG_2184.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5190246835392935186" border="0" /></a><br /><br />Next up is a single purl-less Monkey. I'm sure you guys know where to find the pattern. It has been linked several times :). For some reason, these were a super quick knit and only took me about 4 hours from start to finish. I tried knitting them toe-up and it has been lovely since then. I also changed the pattern and reversed it to come up with a wavy cable and also used <a href="http://media.wendyknits.net/media/peace-socks.pdf">Wendy's heel formula</a> from this pattern. I'm hoping for the needles to arrive before the weekend so I can finish the blanket.<br /><br />Since I don't have any other projects to work on (yeah right), I c/o for the Feather and Fan Shawl in lace weight BFL. I don't know yet.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPjOYOyJtKv16wrqXAkqMjR7mnuwB0flfsZe5KhL7YikfYoo2um-4bOdgvSt3Ci9zcOpuHP23bla1E1QSsq4GIBtYmiBdbMYtQ8u3VYGIa-t1EmHqJNvnlQ10hWKyqS9sgjKuHmw/s1600-h/knitting+147.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPjOYOyJtKv16wrqXAkqMjR7mnuwB0flfsZe5KhL7YikfYoo2um-4bOdgvSt3Ci9zcOpuHP23bla1E1QSsq4GIBtYmiBdbMYtQ8u3VYGIa-t1EmHqJNvnlQ10hWKyqS9sgjKuHmw/s320/knitting+147.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5172825351956908002" border="0" /></a><br /><br />I just finished knitting this single sock for a gift.
